The P5-7 children went on a fantastic trip to the Navan Centre, Armagh to celebrate Poetry Week last Thursday.They got to learn all about the past and took inspiration from experiences from the Celts and World War I. They took part in a variety of role play workshops and then sat down with resident poet Maura, who treated us to a brilliant writing workshop. A wonderful experience was had by all!
