3, 2, 1... Blast off!

12th Jun 2020

This week in Primary 3 and 4, our brilliant boys and girls have been working extremely hard making their own rockets. In our World Around Us topic of weather, we looked at Elon Musk's SpaceX successful launch with two NASA astronauts and how the weather affected it's first launch. ⛈🌤

All of the boys and girls have been busy bee's discussing how our weather can affect different part of our lives and how we can protect ourselves. Their mission on Tuesday was to create their own rocket and launch it outside. The children reported back on how their launch went and if the weather affected it. As you can see, our children came up with lots of inventive ways to create their own rockets. 🚀
