The P5/6/7 children had a great day at Parkanaur today for a Resilience Day with Joan, Emma and Stephen. We did team building activities and trust walks in the forest and took part in some mindfulness sessions, as well as archery sessions. We have learned so much today and we talked all about the importance of "bouncing back" and dealing with stressful situations! Thank you to Joan, Emma and Stephen for a great day!
