Our boys and girls in Primary 5 investigated through practical activities how different fractions can represent the same value. We used fraction walls to help us understand and find families of common equivalent fractions.
We also created different fractions of shapes by dividing them into equal parts. We had fun identifying numerators and denominators within fractions.
