Today through our Shared Education Initiative, we met with the fantastic boys and girls from Stewartstown Primary School. We went on a nature walk through Drumcairn Forest . The lovely Lynn and Petra our Forest Guides showed us much of the natural but hidden ecosystem within the forest. We learned that the forest is home to many animals and plants. The preservation of the forest ecosystem is very important to us all. We explored flora and fauna, fallen tree trunks, striking rock formations and the variety of different trees within the forest. A special word of thanks to the lovely Miss Finn and Emma who organised this brilliant day with lots of opportunities to explore.
