Relaxing Minds with Bernie

Our Primary 6 and 7 had a wonderful afternoon with Bernie during our Relaxing Minds session today! 

We learned lots of new yoga poses, completed some quiet reflections and some sun salutations, too. Our boys and girls love this time each week!
