Today our Primary 7 boys and girls made the short journey to the Washingbay Centre for this year’s Confirmation retreat, led by Bosco McShane.
We had a fantastic day, as we joined the superb boys and girls from St John's Kingsisland Official. to spend some time reflecting on our upcoming Confirmation day and the meaning behind receiving this special Sacrament. They played a mixture of team building games with hidden, important messages all to do with friendship, faith and fun. We also spend some time reflecting very poignantly on the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit and how important our Confirmation Day will be in strengthening our faith journey.
