Our Primary 5, 6 and 7 children had a brilliant afternoon with Ruairi from Sentinus, who visited our school today to teach us about all things coding
We learned how to code and program a microbit, using laptops to explore a range of commands for the microbit, including sequencing LED lights to say ‘hello’ and programming it to play sounds.
The children got the opportunity at the end to code their own arcade game! It was an amazing afternoon and we learned so many new skills, thanks to Ruairi and his expertise. We are so grateful to him for taking the time to visit our school today and we look forward to continuing to code!
